Keys, Scrolls, and Vizards
Updated 2026-11-06
Keys are the default. Scrolls and vizards are nicknames for bundles of keys.
The community list used here converts one scroll to three keys and one vizard to 900 keys. A Reddit discussion gives different examples of 600 and 900 keys per vizard, so agree on the conversion before a trade. At this site's 900-key convention, Helos at 3,330 keys is 1,110 scrolls and 3.7 vizards, while Ulquiorra's Wings at 40,050 keys is 44.5 vizards.
Silver comes up in the same searches. Regiment and skill pages on the wiki talk about silver as a spendable inside progression. That is not a fourth column on the trade list. If a comment says an item is worth silver, I do not convert it.
Jotunn is a good test of the nickname. People ask how many scrolls the Armored skin costs. 1,080 keys divided by three is 360 scrolls. The spear, blade, and sheath that share the Jotunn name are raid drops around 108 to 135 keys in the notes I saved. Those are different objects. Scrolls do not make them the same object.
The header switch on every table uses this exact division. DAEJAGRA's May 2026 video is a spoken version of the same labels, tied to a giveaway, so I cite it as explanation and not as the price file.
Questions
Is a vizard a real item?
I could not find a wiki page that defines vizard as an in-game currency. On value sites it is a nickname for 900 keys. I keep the nickname and I do not promote it to an official unit.
